Fasten off 1st part, but don’t cut the 2nd
Rnd 3. After round 2 of 2nd part, continue crocheting 3sc, then join to the 1st part with 1sc, continue 5sc all around, then 3sc on the other side of 2nd part [12]

Rnd 5. (4sc, dec)* [10]
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Comb
In red. Make 3 parts as follow
Rnd 1. MR, 6sc [6]
Rnd 2-3. 6sc [6]
Fasten off 1st and 2nd parts, but don’t cut the 3rd part, they will be joined together:
After round 3 of 3rd part, join to the 2nd part with 1sc, continue 2sc.
Join to the 1st part with 1sc, continue 5sc all around, then 3sc on the other side of 2nd part, and 3sc on the other side of 3rd part.
Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew to the head.
