Go Plush… or Go Plush BIG!
I love a big basket, but I also love a little basket – and these Bernat yarns make it easy to crochet my pumpkin and have it too! These yarns are identical except for the gauge, or diameter, of the yarn strand itself. And they both come in a delightful assortment of autumnal colors. You’ll see in some of the pictures that I actually started the Plush Big version of this pattern in the Gold color, with Caramel for the stem. But wasn’t in love with this color combo, so I ran out to my local Michaels to pick up some Frosted Leaf, and ended up making the rest in Caramel!
You can find Bernat Plush and Plush Big at the links below, or at your local Michaels!
Set the Scene for Seasonal Decor
The Plush Pumpkin Basket looks great on your table or sideboard, wherever a little fall festivity is needed. Stash whatever you like inside – candy, keys, bills, evidence… even leftover bits of yarn! You can make either size of these baskets, with lid, in less than 2 hours – so you can make them in every color, for every room.
