Have you tried Pocky? Our team was excited when they reached out—Pocky is a nostalgic snack for many of us. We wanted to turn our favorite Strawberry Cream Pocky into a bright, summery dessert, and white chocolate Pocky bark was the perfect idea. Using the cream-covered biscuit sticks gives the bark great texture and color.
This recipe is quick and easy, and you don’t need to heat the oven for long, making it ideal for summer parties or a fun family project on a rainy day.

While Strawberry is my favorite, Pocky also makes a Cookies & Cream variety that would give the bark an eye-catching, pop-art look if substituted. Either way, have fun creating the most colorful dessert you can imagine.
