I always believe you shouldn’t arrive at a party empty-handed, so when Charming Charlie invited me to create a unique hostess gift, I wanted something beyond the usual baked goods. Since the season is full of cocktail parties, I decided blingy cocktail rings would make a fun and unexpected thank-you gift. Not typical, but absolutely something your hostess will love.
To make the gift even better, I teamed up with Alex of Beautilitarian for a manicure tutorial that complements the rings. She designed a modern Christmas tree nail that’s subtle, festive, and easy to wear. How to assemble the hostess gift:
Print the tutorial graphic and cut it out. Fold it accordion-style along the indicated lines. Place a few jewels or cocktail rings of your choice into a small box, then tie the folded tutorial on top. It’s an instant, thoughtful gift that feels custom-made.
