Super bulky chenille yarn (I used Hobbii Honey Bunny Candy 01)
Some cotton yarn (I used DMC Happy Cotton in yellow, green, pink and blue)
12 mm safety eyes
6 mm and 3 mm crochet hooks

Body
Using plush yarn and a 6 mm hook.

Insert eyes on rnds 9-10, leave 3 sts in between.

Fasten off and weave in end.
On the FLO of rnd 15: attach yarn and make (1 sc, 3 hdc in the same st)*15.
Tentacles
Using plush yarn and a 6 mm hook.
Make 4 tentacles evenly distributed on rnd 16. Insert hook horizontally on the body (in one st and out the next) and ch 15.
Start in the 2nd ch from the hook:
8 inc-hdc, 1 hdc, 5 sc.
Fasten off and leave a tail. Using a tapestry needle, insert end tail in the nearest st of the body and pull out in the same st as beginning tail. Tie both tails together and hide them inside the body.
Using cotton yarn and a 3 or 3.5 mm hook.
Make 4 tentacles using cotton yarn in between each plush tentacle.
Ch 31, starting on the 2nd ch from the hook, 30 sc.
Finish off in the same way as plush tentacles.
Bow
Use plush yarn and a 6 mm hook.
In a MR:
(Ch 2, 2 hdc, ch 2, slst)*2
Close the ring and fasten off. Leave a long tail (about 40 cm).
Wrap the tail around the middle of the bow a few times and secure the yarn.
Sew on the head (rnd 4).
Details
Use black cotton yarn or embroidery thread to embroider the mouth (simply make a V) on rnd 11, in between the eyes.
Make 2 eyelashes in the space of 1st diagonally for each eye.
Use pink blush yarn to embroider the cheeks, one rnd below the eyes. Count 1st after the outer corner of the eye and insert needle, use 2sts to make the cheeks. Go over those sts twice.
