There are ten unique printable cards included so multiple kids can play. If you have more than ten players, have them pair up or play in small teams.

How To Play Bingo
Cut up one of the cards (or print an extra copy) to use as the draw pile of icons.
Give each child a bingo card and a handful of markers—candy corn, pumpkins, or stickers work well and add to the theme.
Place the cut icons into a bowl or a plastic jack-o-lantern and draw them one at a time, showing players the drawn icon so they can mark it on their cards.
The first player to mark five icons in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) wins.
Prizes can be simple: a small treat, a favorite Halloween book, caramel apples, or mini pumpkins make great rewards for winners.
