The juices used here are all-natural and made from simple ingredients, which helps the gummies taste fresh and fruity. Use one flavor or mix a few for a variety pack. Be warned: if you leave the bottle unattended, someone might pour a glass—these drinks are that good.

Ingredients:
1 cup juice (fruit punch, tropical, mixed berry, raspberry lemonade, or your choice)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp liquid stevia (adjust to taste or omit if you prefer)
3 packets unflavored gelatin
Gummy bear molds (or mini gummy molds for smaller candies)
Recipe adapted for home use. This batch makes 8–10 large gummy bears; using a mini mold yields several dozen mini gummies.

Instructions:
1. Prepare your molds: place them on a flat tray or cookie sheet so you can move them easily to the refrigerator.
2. Heat the juice in a small saucepan until it comes to a gentle boil.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and liquid stevia.
4. Slowly whisk in the gelatin: sprinkle the gelatin gradually over the surface while whisking constantly to avoid clumps.
5. Let the mixture cool for 2–3 minutes, then carefully pour it into your molds. Refrigerate for about two hours until set.
6. Pop the gummies out of the molds and package or serve immediately.
If you want printable labels for gifting, print your designs on sticker paper and adhere them to small boxes or jars. Fill with gummies and present as a homemade treat.

If you prefer traditional small gummy bears, use a mini gummy mold. One batch of the recipe above will produce several dozen minis depending on the mold’s cavity size.
