Fruitful Mother’s Day Printables — Free Cards & Tags

If you’re new here, I have a soft spot for wordplay—puns, clever turns of phrase, whatever you want to call them. While brainstorming Mother’s Day ideas I accidentally turned another item into a pineapple, and I couldn’t resist making a matching printable. These “Fruitful” printables always make me smile and are perfect paired with fruity candy for a simple last-minute Mother’s Day gift. They’re even cuter if you add tiny handmade fruits made from wooden beads.

To use the printable, cut it out and attach it inside a treat box or simply tie or tape it to a bag of fruit-flavored candy—or a real bag of fruit, if you prefer. For the mini fruit accents, I painted small wooden beads (available at most craft stores) in bright, fruity colors. I cut tiny leaves and stems from cardstock and glued them to the tops of the beads, curling the paper edges with my fingernail where needed. A dab of hot glue secures each mini fruit to the top of the treat box. That’s it—easy, sweet, and silly. Now sit back and hope Mom gets a laugh.

For anyone scrambling at the last minute, this is a super quick and thoughtful option—just a short trip to the grocery or craft store and you’re set. If Mom prefers something different, consider making floral-topped donuts instead for a homemade alternative.
