Here it is — our free printable 2020 wall calendar! After a great collaboration with designer Rosanna (Can’t Clutch This) on the 2019 calendar, we teamed up again for 2020. This edition mixes the all-over pattern pages you’ve seen before with larger illustrated scenes and bold graphic patterns on other months. The result is bright, playful, and perfect for adding color to a cubicle, classroom, home office, or any wall that needs a cheerful update.
Calendar Printing Tips + Instructions
The calendar prints on standard 8.5 x 11″ paper and will include a white border unless your printer supports full-bleed. I trim the border before binding — a local office supply store can spiral-bind it for a small fee. For a sturdier finished product, print on heavier cardstock.
If you prefer a simple DIY binding, punch four evenly spaced holes across the top of each page and secure them with ribbon or small binder rings.
Please note: Every printer handles duplex printing differently. To help, there are two downloadable files that match the most common double-sided printing settings: flipping on the long edge and flipping on the short edge. Download one file and test-print 2–3 pages first. If the layout doesn’t line up correctly, try the other file.

Because the calendar files are large, they’re delivered by email rather than direct download from the site. Choose the file that matches your printer’s duplex setting, and you’ll receive an email with the downloadable PDF.
If your printer flips on the LONG EDGE, click here to download the printable file. All pages in this format are oriented right-side-up so they assemble correctly when printed.
If your printer flips on the SHORT EDGE, click here to download the printable file. In this format every other page is rotated so that, when printed double-sided, the pages line up properly.
