Troop Beverly Hills Girl Scout Cookie Milkshake Recipes

We couldn’t stop at just Girl Scout Cookie cakes — those cookies are irresistible, so we turned them into milkshakes. These Girl Scout Cookie milkshakes are rich, fun, and easy to make. We even topped them with Troop Beverly Hills badges for a playful touch. If you’re looking for a simple, nostalgic dessert to pair with movie night, these milkshakes are perfect.

Servings: 4 Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Vanilla ice cream (use Samoas or Tagalongs flavors, or mint chocolate chip for Thin Mints)
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • One sleeve or half a box of your chosen Girl Scout cookies
  • Frosting for rimming the glasses
  • Whipped cream
  • Dulce de leche or peanut butter optional—dulce de leche for Samoas, peanut butter for Tagalongs

Instructions

  • Place the cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them into small pieces. Spread frosting around the rim of each glass and roll the rim in the crushed cookies so they stick.
  • Combine the ice cream and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. If you like, add some of the remaining cookie crumbs and sauces—blend for a smoother shake or briefly pulse/stir to keep chunkier bits.
  • Pour into the prepared glasses, top with whipped cream and a cookie, and serve immediately.

I rewatched the movie while Jeff was out of town and it held up—still full of charm and the perfect inspiration for our #troopstudiodiy posts.
