
You loved our glitter chocolate bars, so here’s another sparkly treat: DIY glitter shot glasses. These edible shot glasses are perfect for tiny dessert servings or a festive New Year’s Eve party. They’re made like hard candy, with a touch of food-grade glitter for shimmer. Read on for the simple recipe and instructions.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3.5 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- Food-grade glitter
- Silicone shot glass molds
Instructions
- Combine water, corn syrup, sugar, and cream of tartar in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches 295–310°F (the hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat. Stir in the desired amount of food-grade glitter until evenly distributed.
- Carefully pour the hot sugar mixture into silicone shot glass molds. Let them cool and set until firm, at least 1 hour.
- Gently remove the hardened shot glasses from the molds and serve with small dessert shots, mousse, or whipped cream.
