When Mary and I planned our portrait shoot, we kept returning to the spectacular paper installations by Pom Pom Factory. Lately it seems the trend is “go giant,” turning what used to be small accents into show-stopping décor.
So what does “go giant” really mean? It’s simple: instead of scattering a few poms here and there, use a large number of oversized poms to create impact—drape them over a table, suspend them above a dessert display, or cluster them into a chandelier. The result is playful, colorful, and undeniably festive.
