Step-by-Step Soda Bottle Costume Tutorial
- Cut two strips of silver cardstock, each 2 inches wide. Accordion-fold each strip into approximately 1/2-inch sections.
- Join the ends of both folded strips with hot glue to form a continuous circular band.
