  1. Cut two strips of silver cardstock, each 2 inches wide. Accordion-fold each strip into approximately 1/2-inch sections.
  2. Join the ends of both folded strips with hot glue to form a continuous circular band.

  1. Attach the folded cardstock ring around the rim of the pie tin with hot glue. For an even look, glue one fold on one side of the tin and the opposite fold first, using those as anchor points, then glue the remaining folds in between.
  2. Secure a thin stretchy headband to the underside of the pie tin with hot glue so the cap sits comfortably on your head.
  3. Cut the letters or logo for your soda label and prepare a felt stripe slightly shorter than the full label length.
  4. If your adhesive felt is strong, press it firmly onto the dress. If it needs extra hold, apply temporary hem tape to the back or stitch letters lightly with needle and thread for a durable finish.
