Who’s ready for the Oscars? If you haven’t printed your ballots yet, now’s the time to get ready for a fun viewing party. Previously featured here were balloon awards made specifically for an Oscar celebration. I revisited that idea for a recent Balloon Time project and refreshed the concept with an extra playful twist: each winner receives their own mini Oscar statue. These balloon awards are an easy, festive way to encourage guests to dress up and toast the night—whether your gathering is a formal affair or a cozy couch party with champagne.
The updated tutorial walks through assembling the balloon trophies and attaching the small statue to create an eye-catching, personalized award for every guest. The finished pieces serve as both party decor and a keepsake your friends can take home. They work well as table centerpieces, photo props, or surprise prizes for the winners of your viewing-party ballots.
