How to Make Adorable Easter Bunny Lollipops at Home

I’ve always loved making holiday treats with my mom — we used to craft ghost lollipops for Halloween, so when Easter rolled around this year I thought, why not turn them into bunnies? With just lollipops and tissues you can create quick, adorable Easter favors. If you’ve already printed a last-minute egg hunt banner, these little bunny lollipops are an easy finishing touch that will impress on Sunday.

How to Make Bunny Lollipops

Follow these simple steps to assemble the bunnies:

  1. Cut two ear shapes from white cardstock and two smaller inner-ear shapes from pink cardstock. Also cut a small bow tie shape.
  2. Layer one or two tissues (using two provides better coverage) and wrap them around the lollipop head. Secure the tissues just below the candy with a length of twine, tied tightly.
  3. Trim the tissue tails so they’re short and neat, as shown in the photos.
  4. Glue the pink inner-ear pieces onto the white ear shapes. Fold a small tab at the base of each ear and glue those tabs to the top of the wrapped lollipop. Finish by gluing the cardstock bow tie or tying a small twine bow below the ears.
