I admit it — I’m finally warming up to the idea of fall. Anything that helps me escape these 100-degree days is welcome, especially when it means breaking out a few new pieces from my fall wardrobe. A few weeks ago Coca‑Cola Freestyle invited me to create mix-and-match outfits inspired by their Freestyle machine, where you can mix, match and personalize drinks from more than 100 options.
We paired bold patterns and saturated hues with soft, unexpected pastels to create three colorful autumn looks. The result felt fresh and fun — proof that color doesn’t belong only to summer. Coca‑Cola Freestyle even sent us to one of my favorite places, Disneyland, to test-drive the looks and the machine. Let’s go!

At Disney we stopped by Grizzly Peak in California Adventure, where the Coca‑Cola Freestyle machine is located (and where one of my favorite rides, Soarin’, is nearby). It’s the perfect quick pit stop before a day of running around the park like a totally normal, grown-up kid.
When I was little, Epcot had a spot called “Club Cool” where you could sample different Coke flavors. That icy room full of unique sodas was my favorite, and playing with the Freestyle machine brought back that same excitement — only this time there are more than 100 beverages to try, including Coca‑Cola varieties, Sprite, Fanta, sparkling waters and Minute Maid lemonades.
After trying a ton of combinations (decision-making is not my strong suit), I settled on a favorite: Mello Yello Orange mixed with Vanilla Coke. It tasted like a creamsicle — a nostalgic, delicious pick.

Inspired by that mix-and-match spirit, I put together three playful outfits that combine bright patterns and saturated colors with gentle pastels. I’m a believer in “more is more” when it comes to style — contrast, texture and color keep looks interesting. Below are the three outfits inspired by Coca‑Cola Freestyle.
First up: rainbows and those bold blue boots.

Jacket | Sweater | Rainbow Jeans | Bossy Purse | Boots
Next: grids, clouds and lavender. I never thought I’d be into purple, but right now I could live in it. What do you think?

Cropped Sweatshirt | Skirt | Silver Shoes | Clutch
The third look blends a touch of orange-red from the first outfit, purple from the second, and a bold patterned bomber to tie everything together.

Patterned Bomber Jacket | Tank Top | Lavender Pants | Disco Heels | Clutch | Necklace

Which look is your favorite? Are you ready to try pastels for fall? That lavender shade is stealing my heart this season. Cheers to mixing and matching — in both outfits and drinks.
