Confetti-Dipped Pumpkin Decorating Ideas for Fall Parties

I love spotting trends you all respond to and running with them. After the pineapple pumpkins and the confetti-dipped balloons and accessories, it only made sense to dip pumpkins in confetti too. Confetti-dipped pumpkins are a bright, playful twist on Halloween decor and can easily work for Thanksgiving or fall when you pick a different color palette.

Supplies:
Pumpkins
Spray paint in your preferred colors
Decoupage glue or Mod Podge
Confetti (I used gold foil confetti from a party store)

Instructions:
1. Work in a well-ventilated area and spray paint the pumpkins. Allow them to dry completely according to the spray paint can’s directions.
2. Brush a layer of decoupage glue over the area where you want the confetti to adhere.
3. Sprinkle confetti evenly over the glue-covered area until it is fully covered. Gently tap the pumpkin to remove excess pieces.
4. Once the confetti is in place and the glue has set, brush another layer of decoupage glue over the confetti to seal it. Let everything dry thoroughly.
