We all know Twister could use a playful twist — literally. Enter Donut Twister: the classic game reimagined with colorful donut decals that transform each spot into a sweet target. It’s a fun, hands-on project that’s perfect for parties, photo ops, or just a silly afternoon with friends. Below you’ll find a simple, durable way to convert your Twister board into a donut-themed game that keeps the original mechanics while adding eye-catching charm.

Supplies:
Twister game
Free donut printables (three files)
Printable adhesive vinyl (regular label paper can work but is less durable)
Scissors
Black permanent marker

Instructions:

1. Print the large donut images on adhesive vinyl. You will need six of each large donut design. Carefully cut along the printed outline.
2. Peel the backing from each large donut decal and adhere them to the Twister board’s colored circles, replacing the original spots with the donut graphics.
3. Print the smaller donut images on adhesive vinyl. You will need four of each small donut design for the spinner and center area.
4. To make small spinner pieces, remove the spinner from the game and use one colored segment of the spinner as a template. Trace that shape onto the small donut prints and cut them out to form the spinner sections.
5. Cover the center circle of the board with a trimmed large donut to fit the area. Then place the small donut pieces over each colored spinner segment, matching colors between the board and the spinner. Use a black permanent marker to outline each donut and mimic the original board’s style. Reattach the spinner when finished.
