Last week I visited the Museum of Ice Cream in Los Angeles, a colorful pop-up experience that felt like stepping into a dream. The museum is made up of a variety of themed rooms—popsicles, sherbet, and yes, the famous sprinkle pool. Imagine a pink pool filled with sprinkles: a joyful, whimsical scene that’s even better in person.
Throughout the visit you can sample ice cream and treats in different areas, making the experience both interactive and delicious. I hadn’t planned on writing about it, but we took so many great photos I wanted to share a few favorites from the day.

The opening weeks were quickly sold out, but additional tickets were released for June. If you plan to go, check the museum’s ticketing information and set a reminder—tickets tend to disappear fast.
p.s. I also love scouting local ice cream spots around LA—there are so many great places to try after your museum visit.
